Could someone tell me why my sidekick SKW2 file phone.sdb is now call an appfix package?

I am having trouble with sidekick. Therefore, I am trying to import the phone.sdb file to Outlook 2003. I can't seem to get this job done. I get an error message when I try to do this. Can someone give me instructions on how to import by sidekick files to Outlook 2003/

Thanks in advance

Dear scudwater,

What is the error message?

Dear James33:

Here is my error message:

A file error has occured int the Tab Separated values(Windows) translator while initializing a translator to build a field map.

Outlook was unable to retrieve the data from the file C:sk2\userdata\phone.sdb. Verify that you have the correct file, that you have permission to open it, and that it is not open in another program.

I have tried tab and comma separated values and end up with the same error message.

Dear Scudwater,
You have to save/export the file from within Sidekick as a .csv or .txt file
before
you try to import it into Outlook and furthermore it is impossible to import it directly into Outlook 2003, you need to import it into Outlook97 first then save it as an archive in that program first and then open/import the archive into Outlook.
So make friends with someone who has Outlook97!
