Converting and Publishing to Web

Is there a way to convert report saved in v11 back to version 8.5?? Also cani publish Reports on the web with ability for users to input parameter w/o the C.R. Server ?

No, reports are not backward compatible to CR 8.5, at CR 9 they switched to support Unicode.

I guess the second question is can they run reports without a Crystal based server.

Is this for CR 8.5 or CR XI as you mention both products?

You can uise 3rd party viewers for either version, and in CR 8.5 there was a free .EXE generator to allow for straight Windows installs of the reports.
