Is this possible? I have an Epson TM-U220B with serial interface, but I need it to connect to Ethernet because it is a remote kitchen printer. Also, if I just can't do that, what type of cable do I need to make it a direct receipt printer from a Micros 3700 terminal. Thanks.

Yes, it is. I actually have that setup running for my kitchen printer. You can use regular CAT5/5e UTP cable, but you need a RJ45 TO DB15-M ADAPTER, to plug in the printer's serial port. I think the pin-out can be found in the aloha documentation somewhere.
