As a writer, I need to send certain files in another format other than WordPerfect(wpd). My editor wants it in .doc format, but I can't figure out how to convert it in order to send the file as an attachment. Any suggestions?

Do a File, Save As and pick MSWord as the file type.

Note that you may lose some formatting in the conversion. Too bad they don't accept PDF files.

Thanks, khobson. I finally figured that out, but now I have another problem--when I attach that file to my email, and press send, I get a message that "the file contains no data". I went and opened it to make sure there was a file there, but each time I tried to send it, it gave me that same "no data" message. Any thoughts?
