Converting a VB project to web enabled

I have made some client server packages using VB and SQL Server database. Now I want to convert these to web enabled applications so that the users in our LAN simply put the address in the IE address bar and run the application without the setting up of DSN at their clients.

Can someone provide me a hint. I do not know ASP.
