I have a 50 page document in post script format that I would like to put into Word, or even just plain old text editor, so I don't have to retype the whole thing to make some edits. How do I do this?

What you can try is to use acrobat distiller and print the postscript file to PDF. Then open the PDF file in Acrobat, and save the PDF to RTF. I have tried this using Acrobat Writer v.5 and it does work.
