Converting a NEAXMail AD-40 to AD-64

I am converting my AD-40 system with 32 ports to an AD-64. When we went live we had skipping on messages and greetings and also lost the integration with the PBX and had to reboot the server. I have talked with ActiveVoice, and they have loaded 2 patches onto the box with not correcting the issue. I have rolled back to my AD-40 system, with no solution is site. Anyone have any ideas?
PBX is a 2400 IMX with 7300 software.
