Converting a .mos file to a .txt file for upload to Leica Geo Office

I am trying to upload a MOSS file to my Leica Total Station via Lecia's Geo Office Software.

I have only been issued the file with a .mos extension and the software will only accept .txt.

How do I convert this? Simply changing the extension doesn't work, that would be too easy!

Thanks for your help.
