Converting a .ai file to a jpeg? (for some reason colors change?)

Hey I recently created a logo on adobe illustrator and found out the person needed a jpeg. I tried opening the .ai in photoshop and saving it as a jpeg but for some reason the colors got messed up?

Is it because i'm using CMYK color?
And is there an easier way to save it as a jpeg?

File>Save for Web, then take your pick. Because you're saving as a jpeg, the colors may shift a little...
