convert wordperfect into html

Is there a program that will convert wordperfect documents into html without losing their
styles,fonts,etc......wordperfect dosent properally convert its wpd into html.

I'd suggest using MS Word, but it doesn't do a very good job of converting to html either. I've ended up using style sheets and manually creating the html. You can output the wpd file as text so you don't have to retype everything, or just use cut-n-paste to copy the parts into your html file as you work.
