Convert Word Perfect to Word doc

I know there are converters out there for this but I also know that Word 2000 can do this automatically. But how? My boss can do it on her PC at home, but not at work. And of course she wants me to get it to work at the office.

Are you sure she has the same version of Word at home and work??? (Check by going to help, About microsoft word)
There are service patches to run. Also What version of WP and which way are you converting???
