I have a filesystem that was converted from ufs to vxfs using the veritas file system converter vxfsconvert. How do i undo the conversion to convert back from vxfs to ufs file system? Thanks
I assume you are talking about your boot disk?!? If so try vxunroot. Read the man page first thought because there are a few things you need to do first like unmirroring the filesystems and such.
thanks for the reply. Nope. not talking about my boot disk. Its just another filesystem. I was thinking that creating a new filesystem and copying out the files from the converted (vxfs) to the new filesystem would do it. But are there any other way? And would the vxunroot work for non-boot disk?
