Convert Unformatted Number in Excel to Dollars & Cents 1

I have a data file containing gift amt fields with implied decimals (for cents).

How do I convert the following example in Excel?

20000 to $200.00

Here is a manual procedure to convert your data:
1) Copy a cell that contains 100
2) Select the cells that you want to convert
3) Use the Edit...Paste Special...Divide menu item to convert them to dollars and cents
4) Format them with Currency number format
