How can I convert a .mdb file to .txt file?

Exporting Table to .txt file.

1. Select Table to export.
2. Go to File-Save As/Export
3. Select option "To an External File or database" and press ok.
4. Change file type to "Text Files(*.txt;*.csv;*.tab;*.asc)" and press export.
5. Go through the Export wizard.

Thanks DarkSun. How can I convert .mdb to .txt using code? In my application I want to convert .mdb to .txt automatically. I am using VB 5.0 and access as back end.
