Hi!
I'm wondering (1) how I can use script (preferable javascript) in Indesign to convert an object to a button.
(2) I also wonder if there is a command to get the mouse's x and y positions.

Thanks!

You can convert to button by going to Object menu/interactive.convert to button.

For mouse position, open Info window. X/Y position of mouse will be displayed on upper right.

Using OSX 10.3.9 on a G4

Thanks! But it wasn't exactly what I was looking for.
I was wondering (1) if there is a function I could use in javascript in InDesign to convert something to a button. And (2) if there is a function I can use in javascript to get the current mouse position.
