Convert to ACT! 2009 v11

I have now Goldmine PE 8.03.817 with SqlExpress on a Notebook with two Hdisk each 250 Gb.
The GoldminePE/SqlExprss is now on C Drive.
Can I install ACT2009 on same C Drive or is it better
on the D-Drive.
I intend to transfer all the data next weeks,step by step, to ACT! although I need to work still in Gmine.About 100.000
companies!Many companies without "(person) contact"

I have many One to many links,so that will be the worst
job.I mean One company XX making product A,B,C.D etc being
in a linked "Product-In"Tab now in Gmine.
Any suggestions to do such a transfer?
I have also Goldbox sql version (toolbox) to do a total CRM migrator,making 11 (dbf) tables with ALL the GM data.

You need to have it installed in the Windows Program Files folder... usually on C: drive. The database can be on any local folder.

To transfer the Goldmine data, have you looked at MigrateAdmin?

Thanks GL but according their website it is NOT supporting
sql.
So your reply is not correct.
Anyway thanks,BTW there seems to be a better transfer prg
if you search Google.

I did not say the other,see link is working,but it looks
not bad at all.
I bought last year MigratAdmin and at that time I worked with GM 6.7 dbase, and that MigAdmin prg was importing
about 300 per hour, so with 60.000 at that time. I stopped after three days continous import-working and
I contacted the MigratAdmin and they were saying,"that
they were happy" and working normally with the prg,without trying to reply to the my specific issues.After second
reminder no reply anymore. May be good for a simple few thousand and some basic fields,but not Udef,notes etc etc.
The USD 300 was a waste of money.I tried to ask for refund,but also no reply.
Sorry.
