Convert Text to Outlines

I am using Quark 5.01 and I cannot figure out how to convert text to outlines as you can in Illustrator. Every time I export my document as an eps, it reverts my common bullets back to their number form. Help?

You need to select one line of copy at a time, then convert to boxes. This is not quite the same in Quark to Illustrator though. If you can't fix it in 20 minutes call someone who can.

P20 is correct especially if text is on a path with multiple lines of type. Of course there is the issue of specialty characters between the PC and MAC keyboard. Let freedom ring!
