convert swf to flv by CS3 ?

i've got some swf movies, but i want them in flv format, someone said that Flash CS3 can convert swf to other video formats. I don't know whether it is ture or how to do it. pls tell me the detail steps to convert swf to avi with Flash CS3. but if not, pls give me some other advice.

if you have a flash source file... fla file you can export it to any format in the droplist of cs3 export formats.

if you have only swf files and not the source, you can go in for some conversion tools, such as iwisoft swf to flv converter which i've used. it works well for me, maybe it can solve your problem as well. good luck !
