Convert rootvg from JFS to JFS2 1

Hello:

I have a server with AIX 5.3 TL4SP1, but it was created the filesistems with JFS, is there any method to covert that filesistmes from JFS to JFS2 via MKSYSB or NIM.

I tried server times and alway optain error Code LED 518

Using mksysb or NIM, I think you need to edit the /image.data on the rootvg and the /etc/filesystems
