I've got a report that uses 2 tables, one of them twice. They are linked, with multiple selection formulas, formulas, graphs, etc...

Both of the tables end in 0401 for April, and I need to switch them to 0501.
Is there a quick way to do this?

It seems I have to add the 0501 tables, edit the connections, edit the selection formula, then change all the formulas, fields & graphs, and lastly delete the 0401 tables. Hopefully there is a quicker way!

Thanks in advance for your help!

Still hoping for an answer to this. Actually, now I'm changing the reports from 0501 to 0601. It isn't too tedious to change from one month to the next, but seems like there should be an easier way...

Thanks in advance.

Do your tables have the exact same columns and values? If so, then all you need to do is navigate to Database|Set Location, click the <Set Location> button, point to the new table and click <OK>. This returns you to the main Set Location form which will ask if you want to propogate changes across the databases. In your case, you should probably click the <No> button and manually set the location for the next table. Once you are finished, click the <Done> button.

If your database tables are the same this should work flawlessly, however, it may be a good idea to select Database|Verify Database just to be safe.

It worked perfectly!
Thanks so much rhinok!
