Convert PWS to IIS

I have a website running under Windows 2000 using Personal Web Server and noe I'm trying to convert to Windows XP using IIS. Having problems getting website working. On new IIS I see ASP.NET tab, where in the old I had a SERVER Extensions, Performace, Web Site tabs.

I believe have define the directories and default page, but get error when trying to access.
