convert psd files to pdf

If you can save the .PSD's to .Tiff and if you have the Full Version of Acrobat you go File>Create PDF>from file.
This will convert the TIF files to PDFs

With later versions of Photoshop (certainly in CS) you can Save As a PDF file.
Simply go to...er... Save As and choose the PDF option from the drop down list.
