Convert picture *.art to *.bmp or *.gif

Is there a way to convert a picture saved as *.art to *.gif or other?

Depends on what software you have on your computer.
If you've got office, u may have Photo Editor. If so, just open the pic, then SAVE AS, pick the format you want.

I have MS Works with Photo Editor and it does not recognize format of *.art.
