Convert PDF to VSD.

Short answer: you don't.
A PDF is but aprinted document. It looks nice, but the objects are all but graphics.
The best option would probably be to use Acrobats "extract all images" option. You need a full acrobat for that though.
It will save all images in the PDF to single image files.
These you could then recombine in any software that can embed pictures.
