With Acrobat Pro you can save PDFs out directly as HTML pages/images.
Not sure how good the code would be though.
Other than that, you will have to make the pages up by hand and either extract the images from the PDF or open in Photoshop and chop them out into individual files.

Yep, I just did a test and what it produces is a waste of time.
Although it would be a starting point for extracting text and images and a basic document.
