Convert pdf page with photos to all grayscale

I want to convert a pdf page that has some color and some black and white photos so that the entire page, text, photos and all goes to grayscale. How do I do this? Thanks.

Do you have the full version of Acrobat? If so, open the PDF and remake the PDF, but this time choose a B&W postscript printer to 'print to file' and then redistill the postscript file.
