Hi

In my delimited text file my data is as follows:

YES=1, NO=5, DO=3
YES=6, NO=9, DO=25

I want the part before = to be the column heading, like
YES NO DO
1 5 3
6 9 25

Can anyone please help, do I need a macro?

muschka,

I've developed a "working model" for you. It's just a matter of copying a set of formulas down for each row of your data, and then of course you can convert the formulas to values.

If you'd like the file, just email me, and I'll send the file via return email.

If any other Tek-Tippers can also use this as an example file, please don't hesitate to ask. :)

muschka,

I just noticed you've logged in today.

Is there a possibility that you DIDN'T notice my posting - wherein I CREATED A WORKING MODEL for you.

It's yours for the asking... just email me, and I'll send the file via return email. Trust me, IT WORKS !!! :)

Regards, ...Dale Watson dwatson@bsi.gov.mb.ca
