Convert Outlook EML to MSG

Does anyone know of a script/program to convert Outlook Express emails (.eml) to Outlook emails (.msg)?

Unfortunately we have been using Outlook Express for sometime and saved emails into a client folder. I would love to know if there was a way to recursively go through the folder structure and convert them all to MS Outlook.

Try something like

You're basically using OAM to automate the import.
