convert Notes nsf files to Outlook pst files

first check in OL under file > import > from another program for file types that can be imported.
Then check in notes for file types capable of being exported hoping you get a match. export to *.file type.
In OL import the created file.
Most apps will support either tab or coma seperated file formats if actual app is not directly supported.
