Convert Mulitple Tiff Files Into One For Email Body 1

I'm creating 2 or 3 Tiff or PDF report files and want to send them as body of email.

I can do one tiff file, but need to combine them into one tiff file for the body.

I have found some third party utilities to purchase, but was hoping for a .Net answer.
