Convert MIxed Mode to NAtive Mode

What is the best way and how do you convert a 2003 Server from Mixed mode to Native mode.

From what menu option is this performed. I have Exchange 2003 in the Domain running on a member server and three DC in the network. All legacy machines have been either converted or removed from network so wanna start running in NAtive mode. I seem to be struggling on where to convert this modes from where within the GUI.

Go to Active Directory Domains and trusts.

First right-click all the domains and select "raise domain functional level".
Afterwards you can right-click Active Directory Domains and Trusts and selec "raise forest functional level".

It is very important first to raise ALL the domains to 2003 level and afterwards the forest to 2003.
