Convert .mic to jpeg, gif or bmp without Frontpage

I have received a Microsoft Image Composer file, which I wish to edit in Paint Shop Pro. Is there any software, other than Frontpage (because I don't want to buy it) that converts .mic files to JPEG of GIF or any other format supported by Paint Shop Pro? I have been unable to download a trial of Frontpage or Image Composer.

Frontpage any version wont get you any further with a .mic file than dreamweaver would.. it's the image editor image composer that you need.

attach it to a email and check it with your virus checker then send it to me (see my website for email address)

I have both progs and will save it as ??? what do you want gif or jpeg? I will turn off the compression that ic gives it... then send it back to you ....

Please include this post .. so I know what's going on.

I was able to get a version of Image Composer from a friend, so I won't be needing your offer. Thanks for your help, Tina.
