Convert Goldmine 6.7 dbase to ACT 2007 (9.0)

I have via File/import-ACT 2007 imported the Contact1.dbf of Goldmine,which giving partly the data to ACT.
How to proceed with Contact2.dbf etc to keep relations in tact.
Is there any conversion prg, that can do the job in one/more
steps,keeping the old Goldmine structure/data as good as possible.I saw MigrateAdmin but only upto ACT 7-8 version.
Also: which good "in depth" book is good for ACT latest 2007 version.
