Convert form designer exchange forms

To the new version of outlook. We have some forms that were created on our Exchange 5.5 server which have a .vb extension and we would like to get them converted to work with outlook 2003 and later. When we go into design a form in outlook 2003 and pick the form from our exchange server the program errors out saying that the form can't be displayed there is an error with one of our parameters.
