Convert Excel to Text and Import into the Access table

Hello,

I have this task. I need to convert the excel file into the text file before I import it into the the Access table.
While I convert it into the text I need to take into consideration the scientific numbers so they would be converted properly.

I do not know how to make the conversion. If anyone knows or have an example or knows the sources where I could read on that, I would be greatful if you shared it with me.
