convert excel print area to image 1

I have a person who needs to upload an image to our website.
The image is of cells from excel. I usually take a screen shot of the pdf that is converted from this excel file and save it as an image. Is there a way instead that the person can convert the print area of the cells to an image at the touch of a button making sure the image has no wide margins when converted to an image. Basically a fit to page image conversion. jpeg format/windows xp/excel 2002

Select a range/chart, and holding SHIFT key click 'edit' menu. You can see 'copy picture' item.
