My company will stop using Notes in the next few months. We have over 600 databases that need to be exported to some as yet undetermined format. The final intention is to move them to SAP.

I know how to export data to spreadsheets that can then be imported into the final product.

The problem is that we have a lot of databases that contain pictures in Rich Text fields or that have rich text data fields in them

Any suggestions for an easy way to get all these databases with their data exported? I hate not giving you more details but right now, they are not telling me much. Just that they want it done but don't know what I am exporting to.

I think I just need to give them an answer before they come up with a question.
Thanks, John

There is plenty of code in the Lotus Sandbox that should allow you to export RTF attachments.
I'm fairly certain some companies would also be glad to sell you some app that does it automatically.

But now I am curious : how does SAP deal with RTF information ?

Pascal.
