convert ASP to HTML

Is there a way to convert an asp page to html, so that the user can save it or send it by e-mail and visualize it later not connected to a server?

Actually, that was not exactly what i was asking. I need to make it similar to what a webmail does. The user would pick a picture and write a little message, than would choose a recipient and send this file by e-mail. The recipient must visualize it off-line in his/her outlook express (or something similar).
