Convert and agent phone to a supervisor phone

I need to change an ACD agent telephone to be an ACD supervisor phone in order to allow that phone to silent monitor ACD calls. I am having trouble getting this phone changed to a supervisor phone any help or direction would be great.

First change the CLS to SPV. Once you have done that you can program an OBV key on the phone.

Thanks that helped. I had to remove the SPID entry from the phone also. How do you out a specific entry like the SPID setting?

From the PBX to remove the SPID from an agent set:
SPID X

If making any changes to settings on a phone that is acquired by symposium make sure you deacquire it first. I also find it safer to out the phone and rebuild.
