Convert an Excel Spreadsheet to a Table

Has anyone found an easy way to do this...

Here in the office we import into Access then export from Access to ODBC connection... there has to be a more efficient method out there though.

Create a csv file and use sqlloader?

Or - if it's the same basic file over and over - create a .csv and an external table. Then you can use SQL to do any required transforms/filtering.
