Convert An Access db From 2000 TO 97 With Code

Is it possible with someway on access convert the file format from 2000 to 97 and from 97 to 2000 with code?

To go back from 2000 to 97, there should be a conversion wizard under Tools, Database Utilities, Convert

To go from 97 to 2000, just open a 97 db in 2000 and you should be prompted to convert.

This works for the 97 to 2000. Not sure how to do it the other way. The key is the RunCommand acCmdConvertDatabase
