I am new to VB6 so i am wondering if this can be done. Can an Access2000+ DB be converted over/into a VB project/exe? Reason i ask is that i built a little program/utility in Access and want to get it into VB to make it a full fledged app some day. Problem is VB6 won't let me perform any copying/paste functions from Access nor will it allow me to import the Forms, Modules, etc. Any and all help appreciated.

I do remember a product on the market which would convert Access into VB. It needed to be regestered and from what I could see of the product it did not bring it across correctly.
Others might have the name of the product. I seem to remember that I got it from tucows or download.com

There are a few private companies and individuals who have these applications on their web sites. I have never found a free one and I'm reluctant to give credit card details out over the net to these smaller sites. I really need one of these apps myself!

Use the Google search engine and look for convertors. You'll get lead to a few sites!

I appreciate the help. I have found 1 or 2 converters but they are fairly pricey. I guess i am off to converting it over by hand which will be time consuming and tedious. Probably for the better though it will be error free in the long run.

Actually, you can do that fairly easily by using VB's "Application Wizard". You can select the Database and bring forms into it (although VB converts everything to text boxes and checkboxes... if you want other controls you have to bind them yourself, or create a work-around)

It doesn't import reports or forms, just tables. (if you find out how, tell me, though.) You should be able to cut and paste any code and modify it easily enough.

I am having the same problem. Did you ever get the Access database converted to VB? Or did you end up having to re-write the entire database?
