I'm running an IP403 with v2.1.35. I've mistakenly upgraded one of my 4602 phones to SIP. How can I get it back to H323? I've got an HTTP server handy and I've got the sipto323.ebin, but I've no idea what http address the SIP phone is looking to download initially?

I had to go through this a while ago when our local Avaya importer sent us some with SIP software on them instead of H323, so from memory...

1. The SIP handset will have an IP Address like 192.168.0.1, use a http browser to connect to it. It should give options for connecting to a server to change handset software.

2. Get a TFTP server going somewhere on the network. Manager works for this or use some other program to do it. On the support.avaya.com website theres a link to one. Grab the binaries from the same site for SIPtoH323, and put them in a directory that the TFTP can serve to incoming connections.

That should get you going at least, I can have another look later on today if needed.
