Convert 4602 from sip to h323

I have a 4602ip phone that is SIP and need to use it on a 406(h323). "4602 SIP Telephone SIP Release 1.2 Administrator’s Guide" has complex instructions, they seem do-able, except I need sipto323XXXX.ebin and cant find it anywhere. Does anyone has any advice.

the necessary file is included in the IP Phone firmware achive available from the down load site

it is "sipto323_1_1.ebin

I will forward a copy to the same address I used to send you the Admin Guide
