Conversion: SQL server to Oracle

Has anyone ever converted from SQL Server to Oracle in their back-end? We are thinking of doing this, for a number of reasons, and wondered if it is difficult. We would be keeping the same table names, the same columns names and the same metadata.

It seems like all we would have to do would be to change the OCE. Is it more difficult than that?
