Conversion of RGB2HLS and back using scanline 1

Hi,

I need to be able to convert RGB2HLS and vice versa. I know that scanline can be used for getting the RGB values for each line of an image but was wondering if anyone has implemented it in C++ builder that could help or knows where I can get the source code.
