Conversion of DOS Clipper summer 87/5.2 applications to Windows

I am looking for kind of estimate/effort involved in converting small Clipper applications to Windows 95/98..., something like:

Yes CA-Clipper the Windows version will do it with minimalcode changes.
or
GUI will have to be designed and code integrated manually.
or
It is just a conversion utility with options screen and later adjustments of the GUI (like in FoxPro conversion)

Any idea is appreciated, since I have never approached this subject yet for Clipper.
