Hello All:

I am hoping someone can help. I created a database in Access 2000. I was told after it was completed that it needs to be in 97. I have everything functioning except one report. It gives me fatal errors when I try to do anything....open, design, delete. Is the only way to resolve this to create a new database and all other objects? Or is there anything I can try besides, compacting, repairing, decompiling, jetcomp.exe(i tried these)? TIA!!!!

Hi!

Have you tried creating a Db and importing everything from your existing database (except the offending report of course!). Did you start having problems after converting to 97, or is that still in the future?

Jebry,

The problem did start occurring after the conversion to 97. I did try importing but when I attempt to import the report i get the same msaccess.exe error. I can import everything else however but the problem is that the report was rather time consuming to create...which is why I am trying to avoide recreating it. Thanks for the help
