Conversion from fibre to ip connect

I have a G650 which is currently fibre connected to 2 other port networks in a G3r. The G650 needs to be changed to ip connect. Obviously we need to remove the fibre interfaces and then fit & configuring the IPSI's as IP connect but do all the translations for the extension boards and DS1's within the G650 need to be removed and re-input after changing the connectivity or can they stay ?
