Conversion from Access97 to Sql server 2000

Hi,

what are the methods adapted for converting Access 97 databases
to SQL Server 2000.
as of I know we use Data Transformation services in SQL server 2000
Enterprise manager to import the Database.
are there any tools for this apart from this ?
or should I go to the Data modelling approach ?
suggest me a easy and a fast method.
